All Lucaldo products come with a 2 year guarantee during which time, any and all product malfunctions or defects will be repaired free of charge.
*Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: The contract of sale that Lucaldo follows is regulated by Italian law; and in the case of an International sales contract is defined under Art. 1 of the Vienna Convention of 1980 on the sale of goods, when not otherwise excluded or derogated from by these conditions or by the parties in writing.
Any and all disputes arising from the sale of Old Angler’s products shall be resolved by the Florentine court. Old Angler reserves the right, however, to take legal action in jurisdictions where the counterparty is concerned.

RETURNS
Should you wish to cancel your order without charge, you may do so any time before receiving the shipping confirmation. Once the shipping confirmation has been sent, the order can no longer be cancelled. For all cancellation requests, please call +39 055 8367011 or email sales@oldangler.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it unused for a full refund within 10 days of receiving the item (only purchases without monograms will be accepted).
To return a product, please follow the instructions below:

1. Place the merchandise in the original shipping box or package. If the original shipping carton has already been discarded, please use an appropriate shipping box that will properly protect the leather.
2. Include the original invoice and indicate the reason for which you are returning the merchandise (wrong article, damaged, etc.).
3. Ship the package to: Old Angler Leather S.r.l. Via Forlivese, 140 50065 Pelago (FI) Italy.
4. Old Angler will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued on the credit card used to purchase the merchandise or mailed directly to the customer in the form of a check or money order within 7 days. Shipping and postage fees are not included in the refund and are the responsibility of the customer.
